A. This was one of our government's profiling actions and unwillingness to back down even after they knew they'd made a mistake.(Sound familiar?) I hope the Chinese Americans stand taller after seeing Wen Ho Lee fight for his rights and innocence after being falsely charged for espionage at Los Alamos Laboratory in New Mexico. There are plenty of leaks, misuse of documents and drug use at this facility, but this man was not one of the bad guys.

Did the DOE's lax security situation and Wen Ho Lee, lead to China's miniaturization of their nuclear arsenal
Q. Did their (the doe) imbicilic idea of security lead to arguably the greatest long term threat that faces the U.S. The Mishandling of the entire Lee case and the improper handling of classified docs by Jessica Quintana are a microcosm of the deteriorating security apparatus within this country.

A. The sell out of our nuclear secrets to the Chinese during the Clinton administration is perhaps the most under covered story of thee 20th century. Look into the findings of the Cox committee, this will all become clear

Do Legal immigrants threaten American security, especially in nuclear proliferation?
Q. Years back, Americans accuse Chinese Americans they tend to spy on America. These accusation was proven false in 4 major espionage case. During the first one, Wen Ho Lee, The Republicans commision a study by some think tank, that I never heard of (probably a conservative leaning one). The report fail to state that the Chinese was using any direct form of spying. They did say that they are trying to improve there nuclear program, by sending students to study in American schools to learn how to build bombs and to pour through our library to gleam knowledge. This report also occurred right after revelation that America helped Iraq in their Nukes and India just announce they have nukes. I then realize then that there are a lot of Indians and… [cont.]

A. I don't doubt that there are legal immigrants in our country who could threaten security with regards to nuclear proliferation. They could have been here already for years and years.
