Q. Years back, Americans accuse Chinese Americans they tend to spy on America. These accusation was proven false in 4 major espionage case. During the first one, Wen Ho Lee, The Republicans commision a study by some think tank, that I never heard of (probably a conservative leaning one). The report fail to state that the Chinese was using any direct form of spying. They did say that they are trying to improve there nuclear program, by sending students to study in American schools to learn how to build bombs and to pour through our library to gleam knowledge.
